Introducing Paul

Paul Saiz is a native Marylander, growing up in Montgomery County. After earning a degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Paul returned to the region and became a leader in the green industry Paul and his team of landscape professionals became involved in more difficult environmental projects, and Gold Leaf Group was formed to provide Solutions for the Surroundings.

He works closely with his team and directly with clients on all projects to ensure the highest quality of workmanship and an exceptional level of service. Additionally, his bilingual skills help foster clear communications with coworkers and industry professionals alike.

Paul and his family reside in Maryland, where he remains active in his community. He has taught landscape construction at the college level and has participated in many industry associations on the local and national levels.

GENERAL MANAGER

Eddie Lezcano keeps the company running behind the scenes and ensures a hassle-free experience for our customers.

Introducing Eddie

With over 25 years of commercial construction experience, Eddie has the knowledge to interpret specifications, blueprints, and other construction documents while meeting deadlines set by the Owners and General Contractors. Whatever landscape or hardscape material is required per plans or design, Eddie can locate it and can make sure that the product is installed per the manufacturer’s instruction and in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.

Eddie enjoys meeting the new challenges that present themselves to the team daily. He looks forward to helping customers solve their landscaping needs whether it be with hardscape, softscape or with blower truck services.

OFFICE MANAGER

Diane Cox keeps the company running behind the scenes and ensures a hassle-free experience for our customers.

Introducing Diane

Diane has 20 years of experience at Gold Leaf Group. She oversees office operations and procedures including accounting duties, payroll, job costing, bookkeeping and tax filings to name a few of her duties.

Diane’s strong work ethic and honest and fair approach to her work, makes her a pivotal asset to Gold Leaf Group. In her free time, Diane is involved with volunteering at her church.
